1. Introduction
We use limited browser storage to remember your privacy choice and optional analytics tools to understand how public pages are used. We do not currently enable advertising cookies.
2. Storage We Use
Necessary preference storage
A versioned first-party preference is stored so the website can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics cookies. This preference is necessary to respect your choice and remains available after rejection.
Session attribution storage
After analytics consent, we may retain approved campaign parameters and the landing-page path for the current browser session. This helps connect an enquiry with its original campaign without storing arbitrary query parameters or form details. This session attribution is not stored after rejection.
3. Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page use, contact actions, successful enquiry submissions and case-study video engagement. Analytics cookies and persistent Google Analytics identifiers are used only after you accept analytics cookies.
Before a choice, or after rejection, Google Analytics operates with analytics and advertising storage denied. It may send limited cookieless measurements, including consent and event signals, for aggregate reporting and modelling. These measurements do not use persistent GA identifiers, but they should not be treated as completely risk-free or as an exact operational lead record.
If accepted, Google Analytics may create cookies including _ga and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied in all consent states.
4. Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interactions such as clicks and scrolling and may provide heatmaps or session recordings. Clarity loads only after analytics consent and receives analytics storage as granted while advertising storage remains denied.
If you reject optional cookies, Clarity does not load and no Clarity session is started. If you withdraw consent, the website sends the current denied consent state, clears applicable first-party analytics cookies and reloads in the denied state.
5. Your Choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics cookies when the privacy panel appears. You can later reopen the panel using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent you from calling, using WhatsApp, submitting an enquiry or accessing public website content.
6. Operational Records
Website analytics and operational records measure different stages and may not show identical totals. Google Analytics provides marketing and behavioural measurement. Resend and server responses confirm successful enquiry delivery, the telephone provider confirms calls, WhatsApp Business confirms conversations, and Google Business Profile reports direct profile interactions.
